The project's practice involves appropriating artifacts from the video game industry and actively intervening in the algorithm, environment, and characters.


The hero navigates a hostile environment. After five lives the hero is defeated and reborn endlessly to continue his cause. Enemy dummies, in a swarm, follow the hero's movement and attack him.


Archetypal battles serve as symbolic representations of deeper psychological and existential struggles that resonate in the human experience. They tap into our collective consciousness, offering narratives that help us make sense of the world, understand ourselves, and explore fundamental questions about morality, identity, and the nature of existence.

The human user is replaced here by an algorithm System {Arduino- gamepad}.

The algorithm evolved to move the hero followed by groups of enemies attacking him. The algorithm-microcomputer system, based on random values, rotates the space and directs the hero.


Replacing human users with algorithmic counterparts in a video game simulates human presence and interaction, blurring the boundaries between reality and its representations. This raises questions about the nature of reality and the authenticity of the gaming experience. Algorithmic behavior may lack genuine human intentions, feelings, or motivations, challenging the notion of meaningful human interaction and prompting inquiries into the nature of intentionality within play.


The algorithmic simulation in the game represents an imperfect copy or illusion of real human experience, emphasizing the distinction between the virtual world and true reality. As a form of hybridization, algorithms act as technological extensions of human presence in the game environment. The focus shifts from human players to the algorithmic systems themselves, representing a different form of subjectivity shaped by the unique decision-making processes and behavior of algorithms.


This blurs the lines between human and non-human, raising questions about the transformative potential of technology in shaping our understanding of what it means to be human.
