Hybrid installation, CALPAK Factory - KIKERON, featuring aluminum, bronze, plaster, mirror, and screen.
The project facilitates a dialogue between a sculptural space and a virtual interactive space displayed on a 3x2 meter screen. The sculptural space is animated by 3-meter straight aluminum rails that hang and curve under gravity, incorporating references to basic mathematical symbols such as plus and minus.
A bronze bust, a self-portrait of the artist, hangs above a hollow plaster male torso mounted on a series of mirrors. The creation process involves 3D digital scanning, 3D printing, and casting in bronze. The composition includes a bust and six miniature heads emerging from his mouth, complete with elements resulting from the process.
The virtual world that completes the project is a virtual museum showcasing the artist's digital works.
